Matt Baretich recently received the Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) credential from the AHA Certification Center.
AAMI's Benchmarking Solution, developed by a team of subject matter experts led by Baretich Engineering, has more than 140 subscribers. The SME team has been retained by AAMI to provide ongoing support and to develop an updated version. Matt Baretich has participated in several webinars and presentations related to benchmarking, including presentations to the Clinical Engineering Association of Illinois, the North Central Biomedical Association, the University of Vermont Technical Services Program, and the Colorado Association of Biomedical Equipment Technicians. He was also interviewed by 24x7 magazine for a series of podcasts.
Matt Baretich continues to serve as a regular faculty member for the ASHE Healthcare Construction Certificate program, including the recent program in Nashville, Tenn. He also continues to serve as a regular faculty member for the CABMET CBET Study Group, with programs scheduled for spring and fall 2010. Classes are offered nationwide via webinar software.
